Hardox® Half-Pipe Tipper Semi Trailer
Özmen Damper Half-Pipe Tipper Semi Trailers are heavy-duty semi trailers designed for the transportation of bulk, heavy and abrasive materials.
They are suitable for a wide range of applications including earthmoving, construction, mining, quarrying, road construction and asphalt works, as well as the transportation of soil, sand, gravel, aggregates, rock, minerals and asphalt.
The tipping bodies can be manufactured using SSAB Hardox® 450 and Hardox® 500 Tuf wear-resistant steel. Özmen Damper is also an official member of the Hardox® In My Body program.
Available in different capacities from 18 m³ to 38 m³, the semi trailers can be custom-designed according to the customer's application, transported material and operating conditions.
Chassis design, body thickness, axles, suspension, braking system, hydraulic equipment, tailgate and other components can be configured according to specific requirements.
