Custom-Designed Grain Tipper Semi Trailers for Agricultural Transport
Özmen Damper Grain Tipper Semi Trailers are designed for the efficient and reliable transportation of wheat, barley, corn, sunflower seeds and other grains and agricultural bulk products.
Also known as Grain Type Tipper Semi Trailer, Grain Rear Tipper Semi Trailer, Agro Tipper Semi Trailer or Grain Tipping Trailer, these semi trailers can be engineered according to different agricultural transport and logistics requirements.
The tipping body can be designed for rear tipping or bilateral / three-way tipping, depending on the application. Body volume, length, height, depth, side-wall design, tailgate configuration and additional extensions can all be customized according to customer requirements.
For demanding applications, the tipping body can be manufactured using SSAB Hardox® wear-resistant steel. Özmen Damper is an official member of the Hardox® In My Body program, which recognizes equipment designed and manufactured to high standards using Hardox® wear plate.
For projects where low tare weight and increased payload capacity are priorities, lightweight materials such as aluminium or stainless steel can also be used.
Different tarpaulin and cover systems can be integrated according to the customer's requirements.
